Holistic Mudgee will then raise an invoice as per your details.

I understand the course fee includes all resources for one person and morning and afternoon teas. However, I/we will provide my/our own lunch. I also nominate others to attend in good faith and at my/our own risk absolving all other parties from responsibility for my/our welfare. I/we will abide by the course leader’s instructions at all times.
