About Darren Baguley

Holistic Mudgee's lead trainer, Darren Baguley, is one of Holistic Mudgee founder Paul Griffiths' favourite students and has been ever since they first met at Mudgee TAFE in early 2013. Darren began his Holistic Management journey doing a short course much like the one offered by Holistic Mudgee now.
Enthused by the concepts he learned, Darren implemented Holistic Planned Grazing and Holistic Financial Planning within days of learning the basics in class and very quickly saw results. After veteran trainers Paul Griffiths and Brian Marshall, separately suggested that he may make a good Holistic Management educator, Darren took the idea seriously enough to continue his HM education by enrolling in the TAFE Diploma course. On completion of the TAFE Diploma, Darren spent more than a year working with experienced Holistic Management trainers as part of the Savory Institute certified educator certification process. Darren was certified by the Savory Institute as a field professional in 2016 and has been teaching Holistic Management jointly and solely in New South Wales since then. |

About Paul GriffithsAs a television reporter for BBC TV and ABC TV, Holistic Mudgee founder, Paul Griffiths, seemed to always get the jobs in the country. Even moving around the planet making documentaries for BBC TV's The Money Program in the latter part of the 20th Century, Paul made a b-line for the countryside. He found he was spending his life reporting on how humans managed their lives – especially when it came to managing natural resources – land, water, animals, crops – and, themselves.
You may even recognise Paul through his work with ABC TV, especially The Inventors and This Day Tonight. Paul came to Holistic ManagementTM via his longtime friend, the late Bruce Ward. Paul has been an adult educator since the early 1970's when he was seconded from the BBC to teach Senior Police Officers about the media at Her Majesty’s Police College in the South of England. Since then he has taught many thousands of people from all walks of life on how to maximise their media opportunities. In the late 1990's Paul became a Professional Educator, certified by the Savory Institute in the USA. He has been teaching Holistic ManagementTM for over seven years now in country NSW. |
